1. Valve body
The internal cavity of the low-noise cage type regulating valve body is composed of two flow channels, the S flow channel and the semi elliptical cross-sectional profile design. The flow channel is unobstructed, reducing flow resistance and effectively reducing turbulence.
2. Valve internals
Valve internals can be made of different materials and surface hardened according to the requirements of the working conditions to increase their corrosion resistance, cavitation resistance, erosion resistance, and improve their service life.
3. Packing system
The packing box has been optimized by placing a dust cover sealing ring inside the packing gland, which can effectively prevent impurities adhering to the outer leakage surface of the valve stem from entering the packing box with the valve stem and causing damage to the valve stem and packing, while also playing an auxiliary sealing role.
4. High precision
